Cercidas
Cercidas (Ancient Greek: Κερκιδᾶς Kerkidas; fl. 3rd century BCE) was a poet, Cynic philosopher, and legislator for his native city Megalopolis. A papyrus roll containing fragments from seven of his Cynic poems was discovered at Oxyrhynchus in 1906.
